My Medicine History app for iPhone and iPad

The application My Med History keeps notes about medical cases, prescribed treatment and medicine and helps to recover faster next time.

This application allows to email the information about the medical case.

For each case (sickness/health problem) you can note:

- Name of the patient;
- Name of the sickness;
- Description of the sickness .

For each sickness you can create 3 different types of notes:

- The note about the measuring the temperature;
- The note about the taking of the medicine;
- The note about the tests, with the possibility of taking the photo.
